Cancellation Policy


We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost, as it’s unlikely we’ll be able to fill the slot at short notice.

If you do not show up for your appointment without contacting us, the full treatment fee will also apply.

We absolutely understand that life happens — if you’re unwell or something unexpected comes up, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to be flexible where we can. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.
